水循環(huán)真空泵高溫度≤100℃,特殊配置可達150℃,環(huán)境溫度一般≤40℃*工作壓力(壓力+泵送壓力)：1.0MPa(Hsp≤75m)或1.6MPa (Hsp>75m)特殊配置可分別達1.6MPa或2.5Mpa允許輸送介質。
一.水循環(huán)真空泵原理
水循環(huán)真空泵高溫度≤100℃,特殊配置可達150℃,環(huán)境溫度一般≤40℃*工作壓力(壓力+泵送壓力)：1.0MPa(Hsp≤75m)或1.6MPa (Hsp>75m)特殊配置可分別達1.6MPa或2.5Mpa允許輸送介質：清水或物理化學性質類似清水的其他液體密封水管部件：壓力≥0.03 Mpa 時不安裝 結構設計：單級雙吸軸向中開渦殼離心泵,臥式安裝,驅動機(電動機或內燃機)可根據(jù)需要設置在泵的左側或右側(即面向出口,驅動機在左側為逆時針旋轉。

●節(jié)水效果明顯。
由于采用水循環(huán)作業(yè)，加入水箱內的水可循環(huán)使用，克服了那種用直接沖放自來水方法獲取真空時大量浪費水的現(xiàn)象。經(jīng)實測，以一個工作日連續(xù)作業(yè)計算，在達到同樣真空度的條件下，使用本產(chǎn)品可節(jié)水10噸以上，而且，一次加水，可長期使用，這在水源缺乏或水壓不足的實驗室尤其適用。
●多功能綜合作用。
本機除可以提供真空條件外，還可同時進行外循環(huán)作業(yè)，為反應裝置提供循環(huán)冷卻水。本機與自來水源連接，通過適量補充注水源，可以在較長時間連續(xù)作業(yè)情況下，保持真空循環(huán)水溫度和水質不變，既可確保真空度下降，又能實現(xiàn)循環(huán)冷卻水的供應。
●造型新穎，使用方便。
本機安裝了兩個抽氣嘴，可單獨或同時抽氣作業(yè)。每個抽氣嘴各裝一個真空表，可以方便地觀察真空度，抽氣管路上裝有止回閥，可防止抽真空作業(yè)意外停機時，循環(huán)水回流到被抽真空的設備中去。耐腐蝕、無污染。本機水泵部件采用不銹鋼，不受酸堿等腐蝕物的影響;同時不產(chǎn)生任何污染實驗室的油污、雜質等。
